How long does delivery take?

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Can I exchange an item?

Direct exchanges are not available at this time. If you would like a different size or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order separately.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time.

How do I choose the right size?

A detailed Size Guide is available on every product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for the most comfortable fit.

Do you ship throughout the UAE?

Yes. We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE UAE shipping on all orders. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately at shopemirawear@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to update your delivery address.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my parcel.

Please check with your neighbours or household members first. If you still can't locate your parcel after 48 hours, please contact us and our team will be happy to assist.

I haven't received my order confirmation.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still haven't received your confirmation email, please contact us at shopemirawear@gmail.com.

How do I return an item?

To start a return, simply email shopemirawear@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and we'll provide you with the return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?

What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please email shopemirawear@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so our team can assist you as quickly as possible.

Yes. Our shapewear is made with soft, lightweight and breathable stretch fabrics designed for all-day comfort.

Can I wear it under fitted clothing?

Absolutely. Our seamless designs are made to create a smooth silhouette under dresses, skirts, trousers and fitted clothing.

How should I wash my shapewear?

We recommend hand washing in cold water or using a delicate machine cycle inside a laundry bag. Always air dry and avoid tumble drying to help maintain the shape and elasticity of the fabric.
